Enrollment Process
Explore our current program locations through our interactive map below. Contact the CDF Freedom Schools program of your choice directly to ask for the Child Enrollment Form and enroll your child. Sponsors receive the Child Enrollment Form from CDF in December, and many programs open their enrollment in March.
Programs fill up fast, so don’t wait until summer to enroll your child!
